 Available Platforms

The Cytek Aurora 5-laser spectral flow cytometer in our core facility is equipped with violet (405 nm), blue (488 nm), yellow-green (561 nm), red (640 nm), and UV (355 nm) lasers, allowing for the simultaneous detection of up to 40 fluorescence parameters. Its full-spectrum detection technology and advanced unmixing algorithms enable flexible and accurate panel design, making it suitable for a wide range of applications—from deep immunophenotyping to rare population analysis—across diverse sample types including whole blood, PBMCs, tissue digests, cell lines, and more.

Workstations

The core offers an offline workstation with SpectroFlo® software for data visualization, unmixing, and post-acquisition analysis without using instrument time.
