Estimated Time to Complete This Educational Activity

Each lecture should take approximately 1 hour to complete. Each post-test should take approximately 15 minutes.

Evaluation and/or Post-test

A participant evaluation and/or a post-test must be completed at the conclusion of the activity.  A grade of at least 75% within two attempts is needed on the post-test to receive a CME certificate of credit.  Physicians must also document amount of time they spent in the activity.

Registrations will not be accepted after November 15, 2015.
